We create space for Black professionals in insurance to connect, collaborate, and rise together. Growth happens when people are seen, supported, and surrounded by community.

Through workshops, panels, and mentorship, we help members sharpen their skills and step confidently into leadership at every stage of their career.

Representation matters. We work to increase visibility, opportunity, and access for Black professionals in every corner of the industry.

Whether you’re building your network or exploring a new role, we provide tools, events, and introductions to help you move forward with purpose.
